Step 1: Massage directly onto face or body for 30-60 seconds, avoiding eye area. Do not wet skin before use.
Step 2: Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Use 1-3 times per week in place of a cleanser. For gentler exfoliation, use on damp skin and slowly add water to lessen the intensity of the exfoliation. Not intended for sensitive skin.
